Welcome to Gamblino.com (the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by Gamblino.com  (the “Company”, “we,” “our,” or “us”). In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you can also find the Privacy Policy here, which applies to your use of the sites, resources, and services, which we will explain below. The Privacy Policy is integrated into the Terms and Conditions. It shall be called the “Agreement” in this Site, which governs the binding agreement between you, our readers, and us, the operator and owner.

In this Agreement, any references to “you” or “your” or “user” or “player” refer to the person who visits and uses the Site, its resources, and other materials.

By using the Site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms.

If you do not agree to the Terms or Conditions, you should immediately stop accessing the Site and its services and resources.

To ensure the delivery of updated, relevant, and correct betting services to our readers, we may amend the Agreement from time to time, and any changes to the document shall take effect 21 days after being published on the Site, or earlier, as may be allowed by the law. You agree that your use of our Site or betting services following such period reflects your acceptance of the amendments.

It is also understood that you are responsible for ensuring that you know the current changes or amendments to the Agreement. Accordingly, we recommend checking the Terms and Conditions section and Gamblino’s Privacy Policy at all times.

In addition, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Site and its services at any time, at the team’s discretion, for any reason, including a breach by you of this Agreement, without offering you any financial compensation.

Before the start of any arbitration, the party must first submit a written Notice of Dispute describing the basis and nature of the dispute or claim and the requested relief. You may submit the Notice of Dispute to Gamblino: [email protected]

After receiving the Notice, you and Gamblino may attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If both parties fail to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days after the Notice is served, either party may start the arbitration process. Any settlement proposed by either party may be disclosed to the arbitrator after the arbitrator has identified the right amount of award to which either party is entitled.

The arbitration process shall be subject to the laws and rules in the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. In addition, all aspects of the arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential under the law. However, this section shall not prevent one party from submitting to a court any information necessary to enforce the Arbitration Agreement or to claim an award.
